Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. The Compensation Committee appointed by the Board for the purpose of administering the Plan. The Committee shall consist of three members of the Board of Directors each of whom shall qualify, at the time of appointment and thereafter, as an "outside director" within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code (or a successor provision of similar import), as in effect from time to time
Committee. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company or such other committee of Directors designated by the Board of Directors to administer the Plan
Committee. A committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 4 hereof to administer the Plan.
