Committee

Committee. Means the Compensation, Governance and Nominating Committee of the board of directors of the Company (or any successor board committee designated by the board of directors of the Company to administer this Plan).

Committee. Means the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of Golden Matrix.

Committee. Shall mean the committee appointed by the Board in accordance with Section 13(a) of the Plan

Committee. Two or more members of the Compensation Committee of the Board, each of whom is an “outside director” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.
