Example Definitions of "Committee"
Committee. The Board Nominating and Governance Committee
Committee. One or more committees of the Board (including any subcommittee thereof) appointed or authorized to make Awards and otherwise to administer the Plan. In the case of Awards granted to executive officers of the Company, except as otherwise permitted by the regulations at Treas. Regs. Section 1.162-27, the Committee shall be comprised solely of two or more outside directors within the meaning of Section 162(m).
Committee. Shall mean the Benefits Committee of the Company or such other committee designated by the Board of Directors.
Committee. Means a committee of one or more members of the Board (or other individuals who are not members of the Board to the extent allowed by law) appointed by the Board in accordance with Subsection 3(c) of the Plan.
