Common Areas. Common Areas. Shall mean those areas designated by Landlord as areas or facilities available for the nonexclusive use in common by persons designated by Landlord.
Common Areas. Shall mean all areas and facilities in and about the Building which are provided and designated from time to time by Landlord for the general non-exclusive use and convenience of tenants, their employees, invitees, licensees, and visitors in general, including such portions of the halls, stairs, lobbies, elevators, street entrances and other public portions of the Building as may be necessary for access to the Leased Premises.

Common Areas. The building lobbies, common corridors and hallways, restrooms, garage and parking areas, stairways, elevators and other generally understood public or common areas.
