Common Areas

Common Areas. The space marked as such on Exhibit A attached --------- hereto and located in the PIC and available for the common or joint use and benefit of the occupants of the Building.

Common Areas. Shall mean all portions of the Project which are for the non-exclusive use of tenants of the Project, including, without limitation, driveways, sidewalks, parking areas, landscaped areas, service corridors, stairways, elevators, public restrooms and building lobbies.

Common Areas. Those portions of the Property which Landlord may from time to time designate for Tenant's non-exclusive use. 1

Common Areas. Shall mean the Shared Access Road and the appurtenances and rights of access over streets, ways, drives and the like serving RiverTech Park and the other facilities provided in the future (if any) for the common use or benefit of all tenants of RiverTech Park generally and/or the public (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant or any areas within the Premises). Common Areas. The term "Common Areas" shall mean all areas in the Building designated by Landlord for the general use and convenience of Tenant and other tenants of the Building, including, without limitation, service corridors, stairways, lobbies, and restrooms.

Common Areas. All areas outside the Premises and within the Building or on the Land that are provided and designated by Landlord from time to time for the general, non-exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant and other tenants of the Building and their authorized representatives, including without limitation, common entrances, lobbies, corridors, stairways and stairwells, elevators, escalators, public restrooms and other public portions of the Building.

Common Areas. Shall mean those areas defined in Paragraph 18 of this Lease.

Common Areas.
