Common Areas

Common Areas. Means those areas of the Building devoted to the lobby of the Building, common corridors, elevator foyers, restrooms, mechanical rooms, janitorial closets, electrical and telephone closets, vending areas and other similar facilities for public and common use (but shall not include any such areas provided or reserved for the exclusive use of a particular tenant). Common Areas. All facilities furnished by Landlord and designed for the general use, in common, of occupants of the Building, including Tenant, their respective officers, agents' employees and customers, including but not limited to any of the following which may be furnished by Landlord such as parking areas, driveways, entrances and exits thereto and landscape areas. Common Areas. Shall mean the Building's common entrances, lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairways and access-ways, loading docks, ramps, drives and platforms and any passageways and service-ways thereto, and the common pipes, conduits, wires and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises: and loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas and similar areas and facilities appurtenant to the Building.

Common Areas. Common Areas. Means those interior and exterior common and public areas on the Land and in the Building (and appurtenant easements) designated by Landlord for the non-exclusive use by Tenant in common with Landlord, other tenants and occupants, and their employees, agents and invitees. Common Areas. Common Areas.
