Common Shares

Example Definitions of "Common Shares"
Common Shares. Shall mean, shares of the Company's Common Stock.
Common Shares. The Company's Common Stock, par value $.01 per share
Common Shares. The Company's common shares, $0.001 par value per share
Common Shares. The shares of Common Stock that the Executive now owns or hereafter acquires from the Company

The Common Shares, par value $0.10 per share, of the Company or any security into which such Common Shares may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 11 of this Plan; provided, however, that such Common Shares must satisfy the definition of "service recipient stock" under Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(b)(5)(iii).
Common Shares. The shares of Common Stock acquired by Holder pursuant to the Purchase Agreement
Common Shares. Means the shares of common stock of the Parent, par value $0.01 per share, initially issuable upon exchange of the Notes.
Common Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of "Registrable Securities."
