Common Shares

Common Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.

Common Shares. Membership Rights in the Company having the economic and voting rights set forth in the Operating Agreement with respect to 'Common Shares,' subject, in the case of Common Shares issued to Key Employees out of the Management Incentive Pool, to such modifications and limitations on such Membership Rights as may be specified in one or more separate agreements between the Company and Employee Member pursuant to which such Common Shares are issued

Common Shares. Means the General Partner's common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share.

Common Shares. The Trust's common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.01 per share, together with any class of shares of beneficial interest of the Trust or shares of capital stock of a successor to the entire business of the Trust which may be issued in exchange for such Common Shares.

Common Shares. The shares of common stock, par value $0.000001 per share, of the Company or any security into which such Common Shares may be changed by reason of any transaction or event of the type referred to in Section 9 hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the term "Common Shares" as used in these Award Terms shall include "Company Common Stock" as such term is used in the Employment Agreement.

Common Shares. The Buyer Common Shares and the Cohen Common Shares.

Common Shares. Shall mean, with respect to any Stockholder, (i) all shares of Company Common Stock owned by such Stockholder as of the date hereof and (ii) all additional shares of Company Common Stock of which such Stockholder acquires ownership during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Expiration Date (including by means of purchase, dividend, distribution, stock split, split-up, merger, consolidation, reorganization, recapitalization, combination, exchange or similar transaction or... issued upon the exercise of any warrants or options, or the conversion of any convertible securities or otherwise).
