Common Stock Equivalent

Common Stock Equivalent. (i) any evidences of Indebtedness, shares of capital stock or other securities which are convertible into or exchangeable for additional shares of Common Stock (other than pursuant to this Warrant) (a "Convertible Security") or (ii) any warrant, right or option to subscribe for or purchase any additional shares of Common Stock (other than pursuant to this Warrant).

Common Stock Equivalent. Means securities (including, without limitation, options, warrants and evidences of indebtedness) that are outstanding at the time of a determination that are directly or indirectly convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, shares of Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalent. Any warrant, right or option to acquire any shares of Common Stock or any security convertible or exchangeable into shares of Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalent. Means any Convertible Security or warrant, option or other right to subscribe for or purchase any Additional Shares of Common Stock or any Convertible Security, but not including the Other Lion Warrants.

Common Stock Equivalent. Means a Unit (or fraction thereof, if authorized by the Committee) substantially equivalent to a hypothetical share of Common Stock, credited to a Participant and having a value at any time equal to the Fair Market Value of a share of Common Stock (or such fraction thereof) at such time.

Common Stock Equivalent. A hypothetical share of Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalent. All options, warrants and other securities convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, (at any time or upon the occurrence of any event or contingency and without regard to any vesting or other conditions to which such securities may be subject), Common Stock
