Common Stock Equivalents

Common Stock Equivalents. Means any securities of the Company or the Subsidiaries which would entitle the holder thereof to acquire at any time Common Stock, including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, rights, options, warrants or other instrument that is at any time convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalents. Means, collectively, Options and Convertible Securities.

Common Stock Equivalents. Any security or obligation which is by its terms convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, shares of Common Stock, including, without limitation the Preferred Stock, and any option, warrant or other subscription or purchase right with respect to Common Stock or any such convertible, exercisable or exchangeable security or obligation

Common Stock Equivalents. Common Stock Equivalents. Any securities of the Corporation or its subsidiaries which would entitle the holder thereof to acquire at any time Common Stock, including, without limitation, any debt, preferred stock, right, option, warrant, other instrument, or other subscription or purchase right with respect to Common Stock, that is at any time convertible into or exercisable or exchangeable for, or otherwise entitles the holder thereof to receive, Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalents. Any stock or securities (directly or indirectly) convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock.

Common Stock Equivalents. Means (without duplication with any Common Stock or other Common Stock Equivalents) rights, warrants, options, convertible securities, or exchangeable securities or indebtedness, or other rights, exercisable for or convertible or exchangeable into, directly or indirectly, Common Stock or securities exercisable for or convertible or exchangeable into Common Stock, whether at the time of issuance or upon the passage of time or the occurrence of some future event.

Common Stock Equivalents. Convertible securities, and any stock options, warrants or other rights to acquire the Shares on a fully diluted basis.

Common Stock Equivalents. Means shall mean any evidences of indebtedness, shares or other securities directly or indirectly convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock.
