Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, the rights, preferences and privileges of which, and the limitations and restrictions on which, are set forth in the Company's Articles of Incorporation.
Common Stock. The common stock, $0.0001 par value per share, of the Company, after giving effect to the Reverse Split as defined in the Purchase Agreement
