Common Stock

Common Stock. The common stock, par value $2.00 per share, of the Company.

Common Stock. The voting Common Stock, $.01 par value per share, of the Corporation and any other stock of any class of the Corporation that has no preference in respect of dividends or of amounts payable in the event of any voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Corporation

Common Stock. The Common Stock, without par value, of the Company or any security of the Company or any successor corporation issued in substitution or exchange therefor or lieu thereof.

Common Stock. Shall mean the voting common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of EMC Group.

Common Stock. Shall mean the common stock, par value $.001 per share, of the Company, except that "Common Stock" when used with reference to any Person other than the Company shall mean the capital stock (or units of beneficial interest which represent the right to participate in profits, losses, deductions and credits) of such Person with the greatest voting power, or the equity securities or other equity interest having power to control or direct the management, of such Person.

Common Stock. The Company's $0.10 par value common stock

Common Stock. The Class A Common Stock of the Corporation

Common Stock. Means the Company's common stock, par value $0.60 per share.

Common Stock. Common Stock, $1.00 par value per share, of the Company and any other shares of common stock as may constitute "Common Stock" for purposes of the Indenture, in each case, as issuable or issued upon conversion of the Compensation Exchange Notes.

Common Stock. Means shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of AgeX and stock of any other class of shares of AgeX into which such shares may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
