Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, and stock of any other class of shares of the Corporation into which such shares may hereafter be reclassified or changed.
Common Stock. Shares of common stock, par value 0.001 per share, of the Company
Common Stock. Means shares of common stock of the Company, no par value per share.
