Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Means the common stock of SPY Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Parent").
Common Stock. Common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company. In the event of any adjustment pursuant to Section 4(c), the stock or security resulting from such adjustment shall be deemed to be Common Stock within the meaning of the Plan.
Common Stock. The meaning set forth in the Background section of this Agreement
