Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The term "Common Stock" is defined in Section 1 hereof and, where appropriate in the context, will include partial shares of Common Stock.
Common Stock. The Company's presently authorized Common Stock, and any stock into or for which such Common Stock may hereafter be converted or exchanged pursuant to the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company as amended from time to time as provided by law and in such Certificate of Incorporation.
Common Stock. Shall mean and include the Company's Common Stock, par value $.001 per share, and shall also include, in the case of any reclassification of the outstanding shares thereof, the stock, securities or assets provided for in paragraph 4(d) above.
Common Stock. The ordinary shares of the Company, par value US $0.01 per share
