Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. The common stock, without par value, of the Company; provided, however, that if the Company's articles of incorporation authorize the issuance of only one class of stock, "Common Stock" shall mean such class of stock.
Common Stock. Means the Sponsor's Class A Common Stock, par value, $.01 per share.
Common Stock. Shall mean the common stock of ProPetro Holding Corp., par value $0.001 per share.
Common Stock. Has the meaning specified in Schedule I of this Agreement.
