Example Definitions of "Common Stock"
Common Stock. Means shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock, shares of the Company's Class B-1 Common Stock, shares of the Company's Class B-2 Common Stock, shares of the Company's Class C Common Stock and shares of the Company's Class D Common Stock, each with par value $0.0001 per share.
Common Stock. The common stock, par value US$1.00 per share, of Parent.
Common Stock. The meaning assigned to it in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Common Stock. Means Borrower's common stock, par value $0.00001 per share.
Common Stock. The outstanding shares of Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.
Common Stock. Shall mean the Voting Common Stock and Non-Voting Common Stock, together.
