Common Stock. Domesticated Acquiror Common Stock
Common Stock. The common stock of the Company, $0.0001 par value per share, and any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed, issuable upon conversion of the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
