Common Stock

Common Stock. The meaning given to such term in the Charter; provided that, in the event the Common Stock is converted or exchanged into Equity Securities of a Subsidiary of the Company in connection with any reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, consolidation or merger in connection with the initial public offering of the Equity Securities of such Subsidiary, the Equity Security into which such Common Stock is converted or exchanged

Common Stock. The common stock, $0.001 par value, of the Company or any successor corporation

Common Stock. The common stock of the Company, par value $[•] per share.

Common Stock. Means the Company's common shares (Stammaktien) to be issued by the Company out of the authorized capital (genehmigtes Kapital), for which the authorization was created by the Company's general assembly on [21 August 2020], each of such common shares with no par value per share, or such other shares issued by a Successor Company of the Company in accordance with Paragraph 24 of the Plan.

Common Stock. Means Acquiror Class A Common Stock.

Common Stock. Or 'Stock' means shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company, including any rights attendant thereto upon issuance of the shares, together with any restrictions, limitations or conditions of and to such rights and such other stock or other securities or property into which the Stock (or such rights) may be converted or for which it is exchanged or substituted (and any credits thereon), pursuant to Section 10.

Common Stock. Means shares of the Company's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, each with a par value of $0.0001 per share.

Common Stock. The common stock of the Company (and any stock or other securities into which such Common Stock may be converted or into which it may be exchanged pursuant to Section 16(a) hereof)

Common Stock. The common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company or any other Capital Stock of the Company into which such common stock shall be reclassified or changed
