Compensation Continuation Period

Compensation Continuation Period. The period of time commencing with termination of the Employee's employment as a result of Involuntary Termination at any time within a Change of Control Protection Period and ending with the date months following the date of the Employee's Involuntary Termination.

Compensation Continuation Period.
