Example Definitions of "Competing Product"
Competing Product. Any product or service which is sold or provided in competition with a product or service: (A) that Orion has sold or provided at any time during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the Termination Date or (B) that was designed, developed, tested, distributed, marketed, provided or produced by Orion at any time during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the Termination Date.
Competing Product. Any product or service which is sold or provided in competition with a product or service: (A) that Orion has sold or provided at any time during the twelve (12) twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding the Termination Date or (B) that was designed, developed, tested, distributed, marketed, provided or produced by Orion at any time during the twelve (12) twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding the Termination Date.
