Competing Product. Competing Product. Shall mean any pharmaceutical product, other than the Product, that is being developed, manufactured or commercialized for use as a therapeutic or prophylactic treatment for Patients.

Competing Product. Means any generic pharmaceutical product containing all and only the same active ingredients as a Product.
