Competition. If: (i) such Person or any of such Person's subsidiaries or other Affiliates is engaged directly or indirectly in the design, development, sale, distribution, marketing or licensing of any Competing Product; or (ii) such Person or any of such Person's subsidiaries or other Affiliates is engaged directly or indirectly in providing, performing or offering any Competing Service.
