Example Definitions of "Competitor"
Competitor. Means any person or entity that carries on business activities in competition with the activities of Intervoice or any Affiliate of Intervoice, including but not limited to (i) Alcatel, Avaya, IBM, Nortel, Aspect Communications, Edify, Converse Technologies, and Lucent Technologies, or, if those corporate names are not formally correct, the businesses commonly referred to by those names; and (ii) the successors to, assigns of, and Affiliates of the persons or entities described in (i).
