Example Definitions of "Competitor"
Competitor. Means any company that sells a non-surgical female tubal sterilization device or process.
Competitor. Means any Person a significant portion of whose business is, in the good faith judgment of the Board, directly or indirectly competitive with a material portion of the business of the Company.

Competitor. Means any person or entity that is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and gas properties in competition with the activities of Employer or an Affiliate.
