Competitor

Competitor. Means any person or entity (other than Employer or an Affiliate of Employer) that engages in the Sub-Prime/Below Prime Business.

Competitor. Means any Person (other than 800 Commerce) that now or hereafter engages in the Business worldwide (the "Territory").

Competitor. Any individual or entity that is engaged in any business or enterprise that is competitive with the business of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by the Company's Board of Directors from time to time

Competitor. Shall mean any business, foreign or domestic, which is primarily engaged, at any time during which the Securities are outstanding, in the manufacture, sale, or distribution of forest products, or in the providing of related services.

Competitor. Means (i) any person or entity (other than NMG or an Affiliate of NMG) that owns or operates a luxury specialty retail store; (ii) Saks Incorporated, Nordstrom, Inc., Barneys New York, Inc., or, if those corporate names are not correct, the businesses commonly referred to as "Saks," "Nordstrom's," and "Barneys"; and (iii) the successors to and assigns of the persons or entities described in (ii).

Competitor. A natural or legal person offering a product that competes with the LSI Processes

Competitor. An entity (i) of which a Shareholder notifies the Company in writing in connection with a proposed transfer of Voting Shares or the exercise of inspection rights pursuant to Section 1 of Article V, and (ii) that a majority of the Board of Directors reasonably determines to be a direct competitor of the Company and provides written notification to such Shareholder of such determination within twenty (20) days following the notification provided by the Shareholder in accordance with clause (i)

Competitor. The term 'Competitor' means any business that provides or sells zinc energy storage services or products substantially similar to those provided or sold by Employee on behalf of the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the end, for whatever reason, of Employee's employment with the Company.

Competitor. Means any person, firm, business or other organization or entity that designs, develops, produces, offers for sale or sells products that are the same as or substantially similar to, and in competition with, the Company or an Affiliate.
