Completion Date

Completion Date. The Subscriber shall make available to the Company in accordance with, and subject to the terms and conditions of, this Agreement, until March 31, 2011 (the "COMPLETION DATE"), up to $1,400,000 by way of Advances in accordance with this Sections 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 of this Agreement.

Completion Date. Means the date falling seven (7) Business Days after the service of the Exercise Notice by the Grantee on the Company;

Completion Date. The date on which Completion takes place

Completion Date. Means the date on which the Consideration Shares are issued to the Seller pursuant to Clause 3.2 of this Agreement, or such other date as may be agreed upon between the Parties upon which Completion is to take place;

Completion Date. The date on which the construction and testing of the Facilities authorized under Section 4.10 of the Partnership Agreement are substantially completed and the Facilities are available for service.
