Completion Date

Completion Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

Completion Date. Means either: (a)where the Buyer has received notice of its VAT registration and acknowledgement of its election to charge VAT from HMRC prior to the Target Completion Date, the Target Completion Date; or (b)where the Buyer has not received notice of its VAT registration and acknowledgement of its election to charge VAT from HMRC by the Target Completion Date, the earlier of: (i)the date nominated by the Buyer to be the Completion Date; and (ii)12 July 2013

Completion Date. The date on which the Facilities are placed in service.

Completion Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the closing of the Mergers as described in the offering memorandum dated March 12, 2015, relating to the offering of the Securities and (ii) August 3, 2015.

Completion Date. Means Tuesday 10th June 2014 or such other date as may be mutually agreed between the parties hereto;

Completion Date. The date which is 14 days after the Agreement Date

Completion Date. Means 23 July 2021, or such other date as mutually agreed by the Issuer and the Majority Noteholders.

Completion Date. Means the earlier of (i) the occurrence of a Change in Control or (ii) June 30, 2021.

Completion Date. The earlier to occur of the Maturity Date and the last day of the month during which all Improvements are scheduled to occur.

Completion Date. The date of Batch Release for the Manufacture of Batches, or the date of report completion for analytical, lab and other Services.
