Example Definitions of "Continuation Period"
Continuation Period. Shall mean, in the event of an Involuntary Termination within 24 months after a Change of Control, the period of time commencing with termination of Executive's employment in an Involuntary Termination during the Term of this Agreement and ending with the expiration of 36 months following the date of Executive's termination.
Continuation Period. Shall mean, in the event of an Involuntary Termination within 24 twenty-four (24) months after a Change of Control, the period of time commencing with termination of Executive's employment in an Involuntary Termination during the Term of this Agreement and ending with the expiration of 36 thirty-six (36) months following the date of Executive's termination.

Continuation Period. Shall mean the twenty-four-month period immediately following the Termination Date during which the Executive is entitled to receive the Severance Amount (as such term is defined in Section 11(a)(ii) below).
