Continuation Period

Example Definitions of "Continuation Period"
Continuation Period. The twelve (12) month period following Executive's termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason; provided, however, that in the event such termination occurs during the Protected Period, the Continuation Period shall instead be eighteen (18) months.
Continuation Period. The eighteen (18) month period following Executive's termination by the Company without Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Executive for Good Reason.
Continuation Period. Means a period of time commencing upon the consummation of a Liquidation Event and terminating upon the later to occur of (a) the first anniversary of the Liquidation Event and (b) the fourth anniversary of the Effective Date.
