Continuous Service

Continuous Service. Shall mean the absence of any interruption or termination of service with the Company, a successor of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary, whether in the capacity of an Employee, a Non-Employee Director, or a Consultant. Continuous Service shall not be considered interrupted (i) during any period of sick leave, military leave or any other leave of absence approved by the Board, (ii) in the case of transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company and any Parent,... Continuous Service. Of a Participant means that the Participant's service with the Company or an Affiliate of the Company, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted. A Participant's Continuous Service shall not be deemed to have been interrupted merely because of a change in the capacity in which the Participant renders service to the Company or an Affiliate of the Company as an Employee, Consultant or Director or a change in the entity for which the Participant renders such service (for... example, a change in status from an Employee of the Company to a Consultant of an Affiliate of the Company or a Director of the Company will not constitute an interruption of Continuous Service). Continuous Service. For purposes of the Warrant means that the Registered Holder's service with the Company as a member of the Company's Board of Directors is not interrupted or terminated.
