Example Definitions of "Continuous Service"
Continuous Service. Shall mean the absence of any interruption or termination of service with the Company, a successor of the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary, whether in the capacity of an Employee, a Non-Employee Director, or a Consultant. Continuous Service shall not be considered interrupted (i) during any period of sick leave, military leave or any other leave of absence approved by the Board, (ii) in the case of transfers between locations of the Company or between the Company and any Parent,... Continuous Service. Of a Participant means that the Participant's service with the Company or an Affiliate of the Company, whether as an Employee, Director or Consultant, is not interrupted.
