Contract Period

Contract Period. Shall mean that period of time commencing on January 1, 2007 and concluding December 31, 2011, unless terminated sooner as provided herein.

Contract Period. Or "Term" means a period of two (2) Contract Years commencing on the Effective Date hereof unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
