Contract Year

Contract Year. With respect to a country in the Territory, the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of the first fiscal quarter beginning immediately after the Launch Date in such country (unless the Launch Date is the first day of a fiscal quarter, in which case the first Contract Year shall commence on such day) and each separate successive twelve (12) month period thereafter.

Contract Year. Each yearly period commencing on July 25 of each calendar year and end on July 25 of the immediately succeeding calendar year.

Contract Year. Shall mean the twelve (12) month period commencing on each first day of December during the Term and concluding on the last day of November during the Term;

Contract Year. With respect to the first Contract Year, the period beginning on the Effective Date and, with respect to each subsequent Contract Year, the period immediately following the end of the preceding Contract Year, and in each case ending on the earlier of the date which is twelve (12) months thereafter or the termination date of this Agreement, as provided in Section 2.1.

Contract Year. Shall mean each twelve (12) month period during the Term (as defined in Section 3 hereof) starting with the Effective Date. For the purposes of this Agreement, the first month of the Term starts on the Effective Date and ends on the last calendar day of the first full calendar month following the Effective Date. All subsequent months during the Term are calendar months.

Contract Year. Each year during the term hereof commencing June 1 and ending on the immediately following June 30.

Contract Year. Shall mean a period of one year commencing on the Effective Date or on any anniversary of the Effective Date.

Contract Year. Shall mean a period of 365 Days commencing as of the Commencement Date of this Agreement and each yearly anniversary thereof; provided, however, that any calendar year which contains the date of February 29, shall consist of 366 Days.

Contract Year. Means each whole calendar year during the Term of this Agreement; provided, however, that the First Contract Year shall be the period of time from the Commencement Date until December 31, 2002.
