Contract Year

Contract Year. Shall mean any twelve (12) month period from July 1 through June 30 when this Agreement is in full force and effect, except that the first Contract Year shall commence on the date of this Agreement and end on June 30, 2006.

Contract Year. The 12-month period commencing on the first day of June 1 each year and ending on the last day of May of the next succeeding year. The initial Contract Year shall commence on the first day of July 2000, and end on the last day of June 2001.

Contract Year. Shall mean the twelve-month period beginning April 1 of each year during the term of this Agreement except for the first Contract Year which shall mean an eleven (11) month period beginning on May 1, 2001 through March 31, 2002, inclusive of the commencement and ending dates.

Contract Year. Shall mean each September 1 through August 31 during the term hereof, except that the first Contract Year shall commence on the first day of the first month which next follows the date on which Nexell submits its first purchase order for Supplied Products to Baxter and shall end on August 31 of that year.

Contract Year. Means the period from July 1, 2001, through June 30, 2002, and the successive periods of one (1) year beginning and ending on the respective anniversaries of such dates.
