Contractor. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto

Contractor. The contractor or contractors engaged by Landlord, as approved by Tenant pursuant to the Request For Proposal process ("RFP"), to perform the Work. Landlord agrees to work with Tenant during the RFP process in the selection of the contractor, or contractors to perform the build out work as approved by the parties.
