Control Agreement

Control Agreement. Means a control agreement, in form and substance customary for such agreements and satisfactory to Agent, executed and delivered by Grantor, Agent, and the applicable securities intermediary (with respect to a Securities Account) or bank (with respect to a Deposit Account).

Control Agreement. Means a control agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Parties, executed and delivered by a Grantor, one or more Secured Parties, and the applicable securities intermediary (with respect to a Securities Account) or bank (with respect to a Deposit Account), as may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.

Control Agreement. Shall mean an agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, establishing the Administrative Agent's control (as defined in the UCC) with respect to any Collateral Account.

Control Agreement. Means, with respect to any Collateral consisting of investment property, Deposit Accounts, electronic chattel paper, and letter-of-credit rights, an agreement evidencing that Secured Party has "control" (as defined in the UCC) of such Collateral.

Control Agreement. Means an account control agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender, which is executed and delivered by a Grantor, Lender, and a bank, intermediary or other Person maintaining a Deposit Account or holding any financial assets or commodities or investment property of any Grantor.

Control Agreement. Means with respect any Deposit Account or Securities Account maintained by any Grantor, an agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Notes Collateral Agent, among such Grantor, an institution maintaining such Grantor's account, the Notes Collateral Agent and any other parties thereto.

Control Agreement. Means the Collateral Account Control Agreement, dated as of November 22, 2013, among the Pledgors, the Collateral Agent, as pledgee, the Custodian, the Administrative Agent and The Bank of New York Mellon, as service provider.

Control Agreement. Shall mean an agreement that is reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent establishing the Collateral Agent’s Control with respect to any Controlled Account.

Control Agreement. Means the Account Control Agreement among Lakes, the Band and Firstar Bank of Minnesota, N.A., n/k/a U.S. Bank, National Association, as assumed by Great Lakes under the Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated as of October 16, 2000, and as amended by First Amendment dated as of October 16, 2000 and by Second Amendment dated as of December 22, 2004 and by Third Amended and Restated Account Control Agreement dated as of January 25, 2006.

Control Agreement. That certain Control Agreement, dated of even date herewith, executed by Maker, Payee, and UBS Financial Services, Inc. covering the Cash Collateral, as amended or otherwise modified from time to time.
