Control

Control. Means the power, directly or indirectly, either to vote 50.1% or more of the share capital having ordinary voting power for the election of directors of such Person or to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether by contract or otherwise. 21

Control. Means the right to appoint or remove a majority of the members of the board of directors (excluding independent directors) or other governing body of a Person; the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of a Person, whether through the ownership of share capital or the ability to exercise voting power, by contract or otherwise. "Controlling" and "Controlled" have meanings analogous thereto.

Control. Means, with respect to any Licensed Data, possession of the ability (whether by sole or joint ownership, license or otherwise, other than pursuant to this Agreement) to grant a license, sublicense, access or other right in, to or under such Licensed Data, without violating the terms of any agreement with a third-party, violating any Applicable Law, or resulting in a payment obligation to such third-party.

Control. (a) the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to vote 10% or more of the securities or other equity interests of a Person having ordinary voting power, (b) the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a Person, by contractor otherwise, or (c) being a director, officer, executor, trustee or fiduciary (or their equivalents) of a Person or a Person that controls such Person.

Control. Means, with respect to any Know-How or Patent Rights, the possession by a Party of the right to transfer or grant a license, sublicense or other rights to such Know-How or Patent Rights, as provided herein, without violating the terms of any agreement or arrangement with, infringing the Patent Rights of, or misappropriating the proprietary or trade secret information of, any Third Party and without violating any applicable Law.

Control. Means the ability to direct the management or policies of a person, whether by equity ownership, contract or otherwise.

Control. Shall mean the ability to grant the licenses or sublicenses herein or to make the assignments or transfers set forth herein, as the case may be, without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with any third party.

Control. Means the ability to substantially direct the policies of a Person, whether directly or indirectly, and whether such influence exists by right or by economic compulsion.

Control. Control of a deposit amount, as defined in Revised Article 9.

Control. Of a Person means the power, direct or indirect, (i) to vote or direct the voting of more than 50% of the outstanding shares of Voting Stock of such Person, or (ii) to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person whether by contract or otherwise.
