Example Definitions of "Control"
Control. Include, without limitation, direct or indirect ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting shares or voting interest of such corporation or business entity, so long as such party has the right to direct the management of the business and operations of such corporation or business entity
Control. Including the correlative terms "Controlling", "Controlled by" and "Under Common Control with" means possession, directly or indirectly (through one or more intermediaries), of the power to direct or cause the direction of management or policies (whether through ownership of securities or any partnership or other ownership interest, by contract or otherwise) of a Person
Control. With respect to any item of Information or intellectual property right, the right to grant a license or sublicense with respect thereto as provided for in this Agreement, without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with any Third Party existing at the time such Party would be first required hereunder to grant the other Party such license or sublicense

The ability, directly or indirectly, to elect a majority of the Board of Directors or similar governing body of an entity or to otherwise direct the management of the entity and/or the use of all or substantially all of its assets. This definition shall also apply to the terms "Controlling" and "Controlled by"
Control. Or "Controlled" shall mean Information and Inventions, Patent Rights or other intellectual property right, possession of the ability, whether directly or indirectly, and whether by ownership, license or otherwjse, to assign, or grant a license, sublicense or other right to or under, as provided for herein without violating the tenns of any agreement or other arrangement with any Third Party.
Control. Means possession, directly or indirectly, of power to direct or cause the direction of management or policies (whether through ownership of securities, by contract or otherwise).
Control. And "CONTROLLED" means possession of the ability to grant a license or forbear from the filing of an infringement action as provided for herein without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with any third party.
Control. With respect to any Patents, information, know-how or technical data, that a Party or any of its Affiliates has the ability to grant to the other Party access and a license to the foregoing, including on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as applicable, without violating the terms of any agreement or other arrangement with any Third Party. The term "Controlled" shall be construed accordingly.
Control. Means the possession, directly or indirectly, solely or jointly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management, actions or policies of an entity, whether through the ownership of voting shares of the entity, by contract, or otherwise. "Change of Control" shall mean any change in the foregoing such that Control of the entity is no longer with the same entity or entities as on the Effective Date.
Control. Of any Person means the power to direct the management and policies of such Person (whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, as trustee or executor, as general partner, or otherwise)
