Control. Control
Control. Means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of a Person, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise, while "Controlled" and "Controlling" have correlative meanings.
Control. The power of a person to procure that the affairs of a body corporate are conducted in accordance with the wishes of that person by means of: (a) the holding of shares or the possession of voting power in or in relation to that body corporate; or (b) by virtue of any powers conferred by the articles of association or other document regulating that or any other body corporate.
Control. Means having the power to direct or appoint the management of a company and "Controlled" or "Controlling" shall have correlative meanings.

Control.
