Control

Control. Having the legal power to direct the actions of an entity by any means including without limitation through (a) ownership of the majority of the stock representing the majority of the votes of a publicly traded entity; or (b) having majority ownership of a privately owned entity.

Control. "Control," "Controlled," and Correlative Terms mean the ability to direct the activity of a Person, and a Person shall be presumed to control another Person if he holds 10% or more of (1) the voting rights at a general meeting (or the equivalent governing body) of a Person; or (2) the right to appoint directors (or the equivalent governing body) of a Person.
