Control. With respect to any material, information, or intellectual property right, that a party or its Affiliates owns or has a license to such material, information, or intellectual property right and has the ability to grant to another party access, a license, or a sublicense (as applicable) to such material, information, or intellectual property right
Control. The legal authority or right to grant a license or sublicense of intellectual property rights, or to otherwise disclose proprietary or trade secret information
