Conversion Shares

Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. Means any of (x) the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock or (y) any securities issued or issuable with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock by way of conversion, exercise or exchange or any stock dividend or stock split or other pro rata distribution, or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization or otherwise.
Conversion Shares. Shall mean shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Shares and/or upon exercise of the Warrants.
Conversion Shares. Such number of shares of Common Stock of the Company as is obtained by dividing the Relevant Debt by the lesser of (i) $1.05 and (ii) the 20 trading day average price of Telemonde Common Stock immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Conversion Shares. Means the Common Stock underlying the Company's Preferred Stock;
Conversion Shares. Means the Reserved Shares issued upon the conversion of the Series B Preferred Stock and the exercise of the New Warrants, collectively.
Conversion Shares. Shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of shares of Convertible Preferred Stock.
