Conversion Shares

Example Definitions of "Conversion Shares"
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Series B Preferred Stock.
Conversion Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of the Series B Preferred Stock.
