Covered Area

Covered Area. Means (i) any county in the State of Texas in which the Division maintains an office, branch, or loan production office on the Effective Date and, if applicable, any county in which the Division opens an office, branch, or loan production office during the Director's service as a post-Merger member of the Advisory Board; and, to the extent not already covered by such counties, (ii) a one hundred fifty (150) mile radius from any such office, branch, or loan production office (including those in... existence on the Effective Date and, if applicable, opened during the Director's service as a post-Merger member of the Advisory Board). Covered Area. Means Morgan, Weber and Summit Counties, Utah.

Covered Area. Means the geographical area within Park County, Wyoming or Big Horn County, Wyoming.

Covered Area. Means Sweetwater County, Wyoming.

Covered Area. Means the geographical area within La Plata County, Colorado or Archuleta County, Colorado.

Covered Area. Means Sanders County, Montana.

Covered Area. The "Covered Area" means a one-hundred fifty (150) mile radius from any (i) branch or loan production office of the Bank existing as of the Effective Date and (ii) any post-Merger Division branch or loan production office that is opened during the applicable Director's service as a post-Merger member of such Division's Advisory Board.

Covered Area. Means the geographical area within a ninety mile radius of Twin Falls, Idaho.

Covered Area. Means the geographical area of King County, Washington.

Covered Area. Means the Chelan County, Douglas County, Grant Count and Okanogan County, Washington, or any other county in the State of Washington into which GBCI expands during the term of this Agreement.
