Covered Area

Example Definitions of "Covered Area"
Covered Area. Means the Montana counties of Blaine, Broadwater, Cascade, Chouteau, Deer Lodge, Fergus, Flathead, Gallatin, Hill, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Liberty, Lincoln, Madison, Meagher, Missoula, Ravalli, Sanders, Silver Bow, Teton, Yellowstone, and any other county in Montana where Glacier Bank or GBCI has a commercial banking office as of the date of this Agreement.
Covered Area. Means the Colorado counties of Fremont, Pueblo, El Paso, Moffat, La Plata, Mesa, Routt, Rio Blanco, Archuleta and any other county in Colorado where Glacier Bank or GBCI has a commercial banking office as of the date of execution of the covenant not to compete set forth herein.
Covered Area. Means Archuleta County, Delta County, Dolores County, La Plata County, Mesa County, Moffat County, Montezuma County, Montrose County, Ouray County, Rio Blanco County, Routt County, and San Miguel County, Colorado, or any county in the State of Colorado into which GBCI or Glacier Bank expands their business during the term of this Agreement.
Covered Area. Means Missoula County, Ravalli County and Lake County in the state of Montana.
