Covered Area

Covered Area. Means Yellowstone, Ravalli, Fergus, Blaine and Flathead Counties in Montana.

Covered Area. Means the state of Montana.

Covered Area. Means the Chelan County, Douglas County, Grant Count and Okanogan County, Washington, or any other county in the State of Washington into which GBCI expands during the term of this Agreement.

Covered Area. Means (i) the counties of Clatsop, Tillamook, Columbia and Polk in the State of Oregon, and (ii) the counties of Pacific, Wahkiakum and Cowlitz in the State of Washington.

Covered Area. Means the counties of King and Pierce in the State of Washington, and additional counties in the State of Washington in which MBHC or its banking subsidiary intends to expand as of the date of this Non-Competition Agreement (provided the Directors have knowledge of such expansion plans as of the date of this Non-Competition Agreement).

Covered Area. Means the counties of Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington in the State of Oregon and the county of Clark in the State of Washington.

Covered Area. Means Platte County and Goshen County, Wyoming, or any county in the State of Wyoming into which GBCI or Glacier Bank expands their business during the term of this Agreement.

Means the Colorado counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Archuleta, Chaffee, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Garfield, Grand, Hinsdale, Jackson, Jefferson, La Plata, Mesa, Moffat, Park, Pueblo, Rio Blanco, Routt, San Juan, Summit, Teller, and any other county in Colorado where Glacier Bank or GBCI has a commercial banking office as of the date of execution of this Agreement.

Covered Area. Means the Montana counties of Blaine, Broadwater, Cascade, Chouteau, Deer Lodge, Fergus, Flathead, Gallatin, Hill, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Liberty, Lincoln, Madison, Meagher, Missoula, Ravalli, Sanders, Silver Bow, Teton, Yellowstone, and any other county in Montana where Glacier Bank or GBCI has a commercial banking office as of the date of this Agreement.

Covered Area. Means the Colorado counties of Fremont, Pueblo, El Paso, Moffat, La Plata, Mesa, Routt, Rio Blanco, Archuleta and any other county in Colorado where Glacier Bank or GBCI has a commercial banking office as of the date of execution of the covenant not to compete set forth herein.
