Custodian

Custodian. Any receiver, trustee, assignee, liquidator or similar official under any Bankruptcy Law.

Custodian. Computershare, or such successor thereto as may be appointed by the Administrator.

Custodian. Smith Barney Inc., or such successor thereto as may be appointed by the Board or its delegate under Section 3(a)

Custodian. Means The Bank of New York Mellon (or any successor thereto permitted under the Control Agreement).

Custodian. Numismatic Guaranty Corporation of America, or any successor or substitute custodian approved in writing by the Lender.

Custodian. Refers to the custodian of all of the securities and other moneys the Trust owns;

Custodian. Any custodian selected by the Company, from time to time, to manage the Custodial Account for the Participants under the Plan

Custodian. The Trustee, in its capacity as custodian for the Depositary with respect to the Bonds in global form, or any successor entity thereto.

Custodian. Shall mean the person selected by the Company to hold the amounts withheld through Participants' payroll deductions pending the purchase of Common Shares pursuant to the Plan and to hold the Common Shares so purchased for the benefit of Participants until such Common Shares are withdrawn pursuant to the terms of the Plan. The Custodian shall qualify as an "agent independent of the issuer" as that term is used in Regulation M promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of l934, as amended.

Custodian. Credit Suisse First Boston or any successor or replacement appointed by the Board or its delagatee under Section 3(a)
