Customers

Customers. Any and all customers, clients, depositors and borrowers of the Bank or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Customers. Shall mean the customer of TPC as further defined in Appendixes A & B;

Customers. MidNet's customers using The Middle Network, including telecommunications infrastructure companies, ASPs and their respective corporate end-users.

Customers. Shall mean any party to whom AXIA markets, distributes or sells the Technology or services related to the Technology.

Customers. Shall mean the customer as defined in Appendix A;

Customers. Means the retailers at which UIC is at that time performing Services for Advanced at Advanced Requested Stores, which shall initially be Home Depot and Lowe's.

Customers. Shall mean customers designated by Microsoft, including Microsoft internal customers and distribution vendors, to whom Microsoft authorizes StarTek to deliver Product pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Statements of Work.

Customers. Shall mean and include the account debtor with respect to any Receivable and/or the prospective purchaser of goods, services or both with respect to any contract or contract right, and/or any party who enters into or proposes to enter into any contract or other arrangement with Borrower, pursuant to which Borrower is to deliver any personal property or perform any services. 2

Customers. Shall mean end-user customers for the Products solicited by Distributor within the Territory.

Customers. Means the customers listed in Attachment A.
