Customers

Customers. Mean Doduco, GmbH, of Pforzheim, Germany, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Germany and Doduco Espana, SA, of Madrid Spain, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Spain and includes each of their successors.

Customers. Of Distributor shall include dealers, resellers, value added resellers and other similar customers.

Customers. Means all Persons to whom the Corporation or any of its affiliates has provided any product or service, whether or not for compensation, within a period of two (2) years prior to the time Executive ceases to be employed by the Corporation.

Customers. Shall mean all authorized Ford customers, Ford dealers and Ford dealers' employees who elect to participate in the free ISP or computer programs under the terms and conditions offered to them in accordance with the LOI or the definitive agreement(s) that will be based on the LOI.

Customers. Shall mean those prospective customers of Products within the Market Segments that are located in the Territory. 1

Customers. Means those persons, corporations, firms, partnerships and other entities who have purchased within the past twelve months or who purchase during the term hereof the services offered by the Company.

Customers. Means Chase's customers who are currently repaying a mortgage debt instrument to Chase, as servicer, on a monthly schedule.

Means strategic partners or customers of Company's Business (1) that Executive contacted directly or supervised directly or indirectly through others contacting on behalf of Company during the one year period preceding the Termination Date; or (2) about whom Executive possessed Confidential Information during the one year period preceding the Termination Date.

Customers. Means Customers of Products procured by efforts of Reseller.

Customers. Shall mean customers designated by StarTek Pacific, including StarTek Pacific internal customers and distribution vendors, to whom StarTek Pacific authorizes Mentor Media to deliver Product pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Statement of Work.
