Deferred Stock Unit

Deferred Stock Unit. Shall mean a Deferred Stock Unit issued under the Plan that is subject to the Forfeiture Restrictions.

Deferred Stock Unit. A Stock Unit that is received by a participant pursuant to this Plan and provides for the deferred receipt of compensation.
