Defined Terms. Terms used herein unless otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Credit Agreement

Defined Terms. Used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Asset Purchase Agreements and/or the Huntington CSA, as the case may be.
