Delivery Date

Delivery Date. The relevant delivery date pursuant to Sections 8.3 and/or 8.4 below.

Delivery Date. The date on which NeuLion has committed to make a Service available to Users or otherwise to make it available for production use by NHL. For each Service currently identified by the parties, the Delivery Date shall be the "delivery date" established in Exhibit A hereof, subject to the modification procedure established in Section 2(b)(ii) hereof. For Services identified following the date hereof, the Delivery Date shall be determined in accordance with Section 2(b)(ii).

Delivery Date. Mean the delivery date(s) for ordered PRODUCTS.

Delivery Date. The date specified in the Purchase order as of which the entire order is scheduled to be received by Company; provided, however, that in no event shall the Delivery Date be less than 5 days from the date of the Purchase Order

Delivery Date. Means, with respect to any particular Firm Purchase Order, the date specified in such Firm Purchase Order for delivery of the Products specified in such Firm Purchase Order, or such other date as may be agreed to by the Parties in writing following the issue of the applicable Firm Purchase Order (for example, through an amended or updated Firm Purchase Order or otherwise).

Delivery Date. The date on which the Company receives Delivery of a particular shipment of Finished Product

Delivery Date. The date on which the Products are delivered to a European seaport mutually acceptable to both parties

Delivery Date. Shall mean the date on which a shipment of Product(s) ordered by Siemens is to be available to Siemens or its designee at UBI's loading dock and ready for shipment

Delivery Date. The date set forth in the relevant Purchase Order (as defined in Section 6(d)(i)) on which API must supply Purchaser or authorized agent of Purchaser with Packaged Products ordered under such Purchase Order

Delivery Date. Shall mean the date of delivery of Licensed Product(s) by NewCo to Cytori.
