Delivery Date

Delivery Date. The date on which Vested Earned Shares are delivered to Holder, which shall be the Vesting Date, or as soon thereafter as practicable, but in no event later than 30 days after the Vesting Date.

Delivery Date. Date on which Vested Earned Performance Shares (other than Performance Shares delivered under Section 5(b) hereto) are delivered to Holder, which shall be the Vesting Date, or as soon thereafter as practicable, but in no event later than thirty (30) days after the Vesting Date.

Delivery Date. The date of delivery of Cytori Product(s) by Cytori to Lorem.

Delivery Date. The meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Pro Forma Basis

Delivery Date. (i) if Sections 5(b), 6(b)(i), 6(b)(ii) or 6(b)(iii) apply, the date on which Performance Shares are delivered to Holder which shall be no later than the dates set forth in Sections 5(b), 6(b)(i), 6(b)(ii) or 6(b)(iii), as applicable, or (ii) if Sections 5(b), 6(b)(i), 6(b)(ii) or 6(b)(iii) do not apply, the date on which Earned Performance Shares are delivered to Holder, which shall be no later than April 1, 2025 (i.e., 30 days following a March 1, 2025 Vesting Date).

Delivery Date. The date that the Product(s) is/are shipped out/scheduled to be shipped out from Company's factory

Delivery Date. The date on which the Product or other Services under this Agreement are designated to be ready for pick-up at the Hovione Facility as set forth in the applicable Purchase Order.

Delivery Date. The confirmed delivery date (a) for Goods ordered as set forth in a Purchase Order or (b) for Goods shipped as set forth in a Picking Order

Delivery Date. The date on which Vested Earned Shares (other than Retained Earned Shares and Performance Shares delivered under 8(b)) are delivered to Holder, which shall be any date selected by the Committee which is not later than 30 days after the Vesting Date or such later date as may be caused by unusual circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Committee.
